Is this a physical binder?
No. This is a digital PDF that you can save and print. A physical binder, paper, and printing are not included.
Can I change information later?
Yes. Save an editable copy of your fillable PDF. Open it in a compatible PDF reader, update the fields, save your changes, and reprint the relevant pages.
Do I need an iPhone or an account?
